1.前處理面料必須精煉干凈，殘留的表面活性劑會(huì)影響防水效果，整理前的面料要求pH不可偏堿；

2.選擇合適的焙烘溫度及時(shí)間，過(guò)高溫度及長(zhǎng)時(shí)間反而降低防水效果；

3.當(dāng)需要提高浸軋時(shí)的滲透效果，可加入2-5g/l異丙醇或0.2-0.5g/l非硅抑泡滲透劑；

4.柔軟劑可能會(huì)對(duì)防水效果造成極大的影響，如要同浴使用，必須先試驗(yàn)；

5.后續(xù)加工比如軋光，抓毛，涂層可能會(huì)對(duì)防水效果影響大，需要預(yù)先試驗(yàn)并調(diào)整工藝；

6.加工時(shí)可能會(huì)有色變及色牢度的問(wèn)題，需要預(yù)先試驗(yàn)。
