AATCC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的權(quán)威性和通用性，我們選其作為測(cè)試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。測(cè)試時(shí)，準(zhǔn)備兩塊38×38cm大小的織物樣品，調(diào)濕4小時(shí)（溫度21±1℃，相對(duì)濕度65±2%）后，平放在單層的AATCC吸水紙上，用滴管滴5滴（約0.2ml）的玉米油于織物表面，用7.6×7.6cm的玻璃紙覆蓋在油污部位，再用2.268kg的重錘壓在玻璃紙上，靜置60s，然后移開(kāi)重錘，扔掉玻璃紙。將織物樣品放在全自動(dòng)洗衣機(jī)中，按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)程序洗滌、脫水、烘干，對(duì)照AATCC易去污標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣照下圖1進(jìn)行評(píng)級(jí)。每塊織物評(píng)定2次，取4次評(píng)定級(jí)數(shù)的平均值作為后結(jié)果。
